About the seller

The patterns under Crochetlin are sold by me, Elin Thunman-Malmström, a private individual in Sweden. Contact: info@crochetlin.com.

What you are buying

Everything sold here is a digital crochet pattern in PDF format. You are buying a file of instructions, not a finished item. The materials shown in the photos are not included.

Patterns are written in English with US crochet terms, or in Swedish. Each product page states which language applies.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Swedish kronor including VAT. Payment is by card through Stripe. No card details are stored by me.

Delivery

Once payment goes through, a download link is sent automatically to the email address you gave. The link is valid for a limited time and a limited number of downloads.

If the email has not arrived within an hour, check your spam folder and then get in touch so I can sort it out.

Right of withdrawal

Under EU distance selling rules you normally have fourteen days to withdraw from a purchase. Digital content delivered immediately is an exception: by completing the purchase you agree that delivery begins at once and accept that the right of withdrawal ends when the download starts.

This means a downloaded pattern cannot be refunded. If you are unsure whether a pattern suits you, get in touch before buying and I will gladly help you choose.

How you may use the pattern

You may crochet the pattern for your own use, and you may sell the finished items you make yourself.

You may not sell, share, copy, publish or alter the pattern file, either as it is or in adapted form. The patterns are protected by copyright.

If something is wrong

If a file is damaged, incomplete or contains an error in the instructions, get in touch. I will correct the pattern and send a new file, and if it cannot be resolved you will get your money back.

You always retain your statutory rights as a consumer.

Disputes

If we cannot agree, you can turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes, arn.se, or to the EU online dispute resolution platform. Swedish law applies to the purchase.
